Business Development Manager Job Description
At Stratton Equities, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, supporting and implementing a broad array of business development initiatives to help expand Stratton Equities' business, marketing/outreach solutions, and reputation.
Working directly with the Management team and firms, the Business Development Manager will advise the sales team of loan officers, and management team, on client pitch strategies, create proposals and pitch materials, conduct research and analysis, and manage events.

Business Development Manager Position Summary
At Stratton Equities, our Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing the development, administration and delivery of all approved training programs for Stratton Equities.
Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining standards; meeting prescribed timelines and budgetary objectives; exuding proactive abilities to work, while continuously improving the learning process for Stratton Equities' employees. Business Development Manager Responsibilities
Actively supports and promotes Stratton Equities' core values, statement of purpose, strategies, and reward compensation models; understands and complies with best practices.
Responsible for creating the company's annual sales project plan and strategies to increase outreach, company awareness, traffic, and exposure.
Will become a figurehead at Company events, Outbound presentations, and Promotional Industry Conventions
Responsible for the enrollment, tracking, and reporting process for business strategies.
Maintains knowledge of current training techniques: researches new/better ways to promote the business in sales, advertising, and experiential marketing efforts.
Makes recommendations to continuously improve internal processes, standards, and training solutions.
Researches learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices and integrates those into professional practice.
Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants, and trainers.
