At Stratton Equities, our Licensed Team of Mortgage Loan Officers work in a direct sales environment speaking to clients nationwide in a fast-paced, high-volume pace.

 

Our Mortgage Loan Officers work directly with the borrower analyzing their financial situation to determine the appropriate loan product to meet their loan scenario.

Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities:

​

  • Mortgage Loan Officers manage direct daily organic inbound leads.​

​

  • After determining the best mortgage loan program for the client, our Mortgage Loan Officers will finalize the loan request initial documents and submit a preliminary paperless loan package to our in-house Mortgage Loan Processor. ​

​

  • Mortgage Loan Officers will work directly with our in-house Loan Processors to take the loan to the finish line in an expedited fashion, which will allow them to focus on more inbound leads.

 

How to Become a Loan Officer at Stratton Equities?

Requirements for Mortgage Loan Officer Position:

  • Do you need previous Mortgage or Loan Officer Experience? No, Mortgage Experience is a plus but not necessary - we have a thorough in-house training process for our team and we train new Mortgage Loan Officers from the ground up.​

​​

  • What are the required skills for the Mortgage Loan Officer position? ​​

    • NMLS Licensed required.

    • ​Strong communication skills and organization skills - building a relationship with the client is important to get the job done.

    • Works best in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.

    • Excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates.

    • Ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement.
