Stratton Equities is a fast-growing business and we are expanding our in-house team! Looking for a career in real estate investment banking services? Becoming a Mortgage Loan Processor is a full-time position at our Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey.

At Stratton Equities, our in-house Loan Processor will work directly with our Loan Officers and is responsible for acting as the primary facilitator between; Sales, Title, Escrow Funding, and Borrowers.

The Loan Processor will be responsible for evaluating credit, income, and title reports - while managing a pipeline of loans. Additionally, they will collect prerequisites through final approval and be responsible for reviewing the necessary loan documents.
